Pastor Tom Leake

Pastor Tom Leake served as the Senior Pastor of Hope Bible Church and the President of the Grace Advance Mid-Atlantic Bible Institute until his home going in 2021.

Tom received a Masters of Arts degree in Theology from Capital Bible Seminary and in 1997, obtained his Masters of Divinity degree from The Masters Seminary.

After planting Hope Bible Church in 1997 and experiencing many years of struggle on the East Coast, Tom organised and founded The Mid-Atlantic Bible Fellowship in the early 2000’s. The MABF existed to connect like-minded expository churches in the region. Later in 2012, Tom worked with Pastor John MacArthur and Lance Quinn of Grace Community Church in California to bring the MABF under the wing of Grace Community Church as Grace Advance Mid-Alantic (GAMA) which today is called The Masters Fellowship Mid-Atlantic

Tom has authored numerous comprehensive training books and curriculums for the GAMA Bible Institute. He has also written books on James, Jude, and most recently a practical discipleship guide series.

As the Senior Pastor of Hope Bible Church, Tom has been blessed and humbled with over 20 years of pulpit ministry. Beginning as a church plant in 1997, God has graciously grown the church from a few core group families meeting in a home to over 450 members and guests gathering in its own 55,000 sq ft facility (roughly the length of the Ark).  HBC completed its first church plant in 2013 having sent George Lawson to The Masters Seminary and then bringing him back to Maryland to establish Baltimore Bible Church (BBC).  BBC has been autonomous since 2016 and continues to thrive by God’s grace.

This website seeks to share Toms 20+ years of ministry materials, sermons, and resources with the current and next generation of servants of Christ.
